Membership
ISSPP brings together surgeons, oncologists, researchers and trainees worldwide who work on diseases of the pleura and peritoneum. Members join an international network, receive early notice of congresses, courses and webinars, and help shape the society's research and education.
Who can join
Individual member
Consultants, specialists and researchers whose clinical or scientific work involves pleural or peritoneal disease, including surgery, oncology, pathology, radiology and allied fields.
Trainee member
Residents, fellows and students with an interest in pleural and peritoneal disease. We may ask for confirmation of training status from your head of department.
What we ask every applicant
- Full name
- Email address
- Institution or hospital
- Country
- Professional role and specialty
- A short note on your involvement in pleural or peritoneal disease (clinical, research or training)
Membership fees
Fees are in US dollars and cover 12 months from the date of payment.
Payment is by PayPal. You can pay with a debit or credit card without a PayPal account.
