DESCRIPTION:Dears colleagues\, dear friends\, \nAfter the long period of lock-down\, it’s time to resume academic activities.  We feel hence an enormous pleasure to welcome you all to Lausanne for the international symposium of the Swiss Peritoneal Cancer Group  (SPCG)\, which is endorsed by the International Society for the Study of Pleura and Peritoneum (ISSPP) ! \nCaring for patients with peritoneal surface malignancies has undergone tremendous changes over the last decade. New treatment options and multimodal approaches helped to improve prognosis and brought hope to patients and their families. The care providers face the challenge to define the optimal treatment sequence in a field where evidence is scarce and discrepant. \nTime to get together again and have open discussions in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere!  The symposium has a clear Swiss accent but also international flair\nfeaturing key opinion leaders from seven different countries.
