All candidates are asked to prepare a short video (no more than 3 minutes) to complement the cover letter. What differentiates you to be selected from other candidates? State your strong points and be convincing.
Upload your video to your own Google Drive and paste the shareable link below. The link must be open to anyone with the link, so the selection committee can watch it without requesting access.
Name your video file Surname_Firstname_ISSPP_YS_Video (for example: Rossi_Maria_ISSPP_YS_Video.mp4). Keep it under 3 minutes; MP4 format is preferred.
Open drive.google.com on a computer and sign in with your Google account (you can create a free account if you don't have one).
Click + New, then File upload, and select your video. Wait until the upload is complete.
Right-click the uploaded video and choose Share, then Share again.
Under General access, change Restricted to Anyone with the link, and make sure the role on the right is Viewer.
Click Copy link, then Done, and paste the link into the field below.
Check your link: open it in a private / incognito browser window where you are not signed in. If you can see the video without a "Request access" message, the link is correct.
Please note:
Do not delete, move to Trash, rename-and-replace, or change the sharing settings of the video until the selection process is complete.
University or hospital Google accounts sometimes block public sharing. If Anyone with the link is not available, upload the video from a personal Gmail account instead.
Right after uploading, Google Drive may show "video is still being processed" for a few minutes. This is normal; the link will still work.
